Job Description
- Carry out material related tasks as assigned to include but not limited to receiving, de‑trashing, palletization, put‑away, pick, deliver and maintain product on production shelves ready for use, according to established procedures.
- Ensure material is received, processed, properly stored, and issued accurately and in a timely manner to support production.
- Maintain storage shelf inventory quantity and accuracy to meet production requirements.
- Maintain warehouse in a safe, clean and orderly fashion, including sweeping floors and dusting shelves (5s).
- Physically count inventory items to verify accuracy on a regular basis.
- Utilize existing computer systems and ensure that proper and accurate transactions are accomplished.
- Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock. Investigates and reports reasons for discrepancy errors in computation or count.
- Operate material handling equipment safely to perform assigned tasks.
- Actively participate in cost reduction, continuous improvement and team activity.

Shift: 8:00am-6:30pm Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform computer‑based tasks, including use of computer systems, software applications, and the ability to read and interpret information displayed on a computer screen and hand‑held devices.
- Ability to maintain control of small parts and assemblies to prevent damage or product loss.
- Ability to maintain visual focus and awareness to verify inventory, read labels, and safely navigate warehouse and production areas.
- Ability to demonstrate hand‑eye coordination to handle materials and operate equipment safely.
- Ability to operate material handling or mobile equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely as required.
- Frequently work at a consistent operational pace in a logistics‑driven environment while supporting team coordination and workflow.
- Frequently move between workstations, warehouse, production, waste handling areas frequently to support team operations.
- Must wear company‑provided PPE, including ensuring ESD safety‑toed shoes maintain continuous grounding, and wearing an ESD smock, and other required protective equipment as necessary.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing shop floor and warehouse environment.
- Ability to stand at a workstation for extended periods (10+ hour shifts) and perform tasks in a stationary position.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 lbs unassisted, and heavier items with assistance or material handling equipment.
- Ability to perform frequent and coordinated two‑handed tasks involving continuous finger, hand, wrist, and arm movements, requiring fine motor control, steady grip, and precise alignment.
- Ability to maintain balance and stability while handling and transporting materials.
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop, and perform repetitive movements.
- Ability to push and pull carts, trays, and material containers as part of normal production flow.
- Ability to work in an environment with continuous background noise and sounds generated by production equipment and material handling processes.
- Basic user of computer to include Microsoft Programs, SAP and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Experience using mobile equipment to move materials.
- 0‑2 years experience working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
