LVN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in New Braunfels, TX and surrounding areas.

Flexible and dependable scheduling; full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights, weekends).

$24 - $36 per hour.

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct on‑going patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new grads welcome, training provided).
• Experience providing care in a client home setting.
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
