Position:
Full Time LVN Charge Nurse

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observe, assess and report patient conditions/changes and document them in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies, Procedures, and state/federal guidelines and regulations.
• Document patient assessment, evaluation, and changes of condition in the EMR in accordance with nursing practices.
• Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by CNA staff to maintain patients’ highest practical well‑being.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid LVN/LPN license.
