Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. As a Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and observe for any changes in patients' condition
• Provide wound care and assist with dressing changes
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Perform venipuncture and IV infusion as needed

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field
• Knowledge of OASIS and home health protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
