• Patient Care:
  Provide direct patient care to residents, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
  Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' condition, including physical and emotional needs, and report findings to the Registered Nurse.
• Medication Administration:
  Administer medications as ordered by physicians, adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Documentation:
  Accurately document patient care and treatment in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work collaboratively with other healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care and achieve desired outcomes.

• Licensure:
  Currently licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas.
• Education:
  
  Graduate of an approved Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in a long-term care setting, acute care, or related healthcare environment.
