Jobtailor in Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our hospice team in New Braunfels. You will assess patients and families, coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team, and ensure all care aligns with the hospice philosophy and plan of care.
This role requires a current RN license, at least one year of clinical experience (home health/hospice preferred), 50% travel, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver’s license and insurance are required.
