Qualification:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Physics or related field.
  • C1+ English level
Experience:
  • Expertise in quality assurance methodologies, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and product quality.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, with a strong track record of improving quality processes.
  • Experience in recruiting and selecting quality control personnel, ensuring the right fit for the team.
  • Experience in leading quality improvement projects, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with various quality control testing methods and techniques to evaluate product quality.
  • Skills in conducting research to support quality initiatives and identify best practices in quality management.
  • Proficiency in using data visualization tools to create meaningful visual representations of quality data.
  • Proficiency in various statistical methods and techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and control charts.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and ensure that quality standards align with customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization to track quality metrics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead and motivate quality control teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor quality control teams, providing guidance and support to junior specialists in their professional development.
  • Conduct statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, using various statistical methods and tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Monitor production processes and quality metrics, preparing detailed reports on findings and performance for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting audits and inspections as necessary.
  • Investigate quality issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address quality concerns and enhance overall performance.
