About Rockin’ RRockin' R Tubing' Outfitters, is Gruene and New Braunfels best outfitter located on the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers in Texas that provides a fun day on the river while focusing on safety and keeping the river as clean as possible. Who We’re Looking ForRockin’ R is hiring a friendly, detail-oriented Cashier team member to support customers in a fast-paced river outfitting environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, adaptable, customer-focused, and comfortable handling money while delivering excellent service.
What You’ll Be Doing- Deliver hospitality and provide a memorable experience to all guests and team members alike
- Process cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Assist guests with check-in and answer questions about river trips and routes
- Provide clear, detailed instructions on trip logistics and safety guidelines
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area
- Communicate with office and outdoor staff to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Business Leader, Location Leaders and Operations Steward.
- Deliver hospitality and provide a memorable experience to all guests and team members alike
- A friendly, professional attitude and strong customer service skills
- Accuracy and responsibility when handling cash and card transactions
- Clear communication to confidently explain routes, procedures, and safety information
- A helpful, team-oriented mindset that supports coworkers and guests
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment

- Complete all required training and certifications
