As a Field Sales Representative, you will promote and sell our products and services by engaging with clients across various locations. You will travel extensively, attend meetings, and build relationships to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities- Initiate and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Proven experience in field sales or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Familiarity with the products or services offered by the company.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
