Business Development Representative – Light Industrial (Staffing)

Location:
New Braunfels, Texas Competitive Pay + Commission

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive Growth.
  • Research your market, identify prospects, and build a targeted list.
  • Execute a strategic sales plan that includes cold calling, warm follow-ups, and in-person visits.
  • Deliver engaging presentations that leave decision-makers ready to sign.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and hit your targets.
  • Be the Client’s Trusted Partner.
  • Build strong relationships through networking events, chambers, and local business groups.
  • Understand client needs, confirm job details, and flag any safety issues on-site.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to make sure every order is filled quickly and accurately.
  • Handle service issues with urgency and professionalism to keep clients satisfied.
  • Keep the Machine Running Smoothly.
  • Document your sales activity and client notes to keep your pipeline clean and clear.
  • Work across departments to ensure a seamless process from job order to placement.
What You Bring:
  • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or recruiting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A knack for business development and client management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Confidence, coachability, and the ability to connect with anyone.
  • Willingness to get out there—cold calls, site visits, networking events, all of it.
