Venue Sales Specialist – Walters Hospitality

- Command the Sales Process:
Manage lead-generated sales cycles, from rapid responses to inquiries to securing signed contracts - Engage with Charm:
Utilize your excellent communication skills via email, phone, and text to connect with potential clients and build relationships - Persistent Follow-up:
Continuously engage with potential couples, ensuring their inquiries are addressed and guiding them to a decision - Conduct Captivating Tours:
Lead potential clients on inspiring property tours, showcasing the unique magic of our venues - Master Negotiation:
Employ your persistence and negotiation skills to finalize contracts and exceed client expectations - Achieve Sales Metrics:
Consistently meet and exceed designated sales goals by effectively managing and converting leads - Travel as Needed:
Visit various venues within the region to enhance client experiences - Craft Flawless Contracts:
Prepare contracts with precision, collect payments, and secure initial signatures - Maintain Records:
Keep detailed records of daily sales activities in our CRM system to ensure no opportunity is missed - Delight Clients:
Provide exceptional verbal and written communication to ensure a seamless experience for clients
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience
- 2+ years sales experience, strongly preferred from hospitality, leisure/travel, IT, or healthcare
- Proven experience and track record in achieving strong sales results & expertise in customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Physical Requirements:
lifting up to 15lbs and walking/standing for 8-10 hours - Submit/complete background check; have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work in the United States;

Base + Uncapped Commission:
Earning potential $70,000-$100,000 annually
Full-time: must be available to work on weekends, evenings and holidays
