Job Description Summary
Inside Sales Representative
ResponsibilitiesThe Equipment Rental Specialist is an inside sales role that supports telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction and industrial equipment. The role serves as the company’s front line contact with customers, with the purpose of understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders. This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.
Education& Experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s license required
- Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment
- Previous equipment rental industry experience
- Strong customer service and telephone skills
- Solid computer and administrative skills
- Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors when required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

CompensationBase Pay Range: $21.38 - 25.38. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
