Digital Advisor - Residential Sales

GVTC is growing our residential sales team, and we’re looking for Digital Advisors who want to build a sales career where performance, relationships, and results matter.

As a Digital Advisor, you’ll become a trusted guide to the connected home—helping customers find the right combination of fiber internet, smart security, mobile, Wi-Fi, voice, video, and connected-home technology for the way they actually live.

This is consultative selling, not order taking.

You’ll ask the right questions, understand the customer’s needs, make confident recommendations, and build relationships that last.

• Drive new sales and grow existing customer relationships
• Sell across inbound, outbound, and neighborhood/field channels
• Recommend personalized internet, mobile, security, and connected-home solutions
• Identify upgrade, bundle, and cross-sell opportunities
• Build long-term customer relationships through expertise and trust
• Partner with technical and installation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

• Have sales experience in technology, telecommunications, smart home, or another consultative sales environment
• Are comfortable prospecting and starting conversations—not simply waiting for leads
• Know how to listen, uncover needs, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale
• Can make technology easy for customers to understand
• Are self-motivated, competitive, accountable, and energized by achieving goals

Field or door-to-door experience is a plus,
but it isn’t required—we’ll train you.
