As our Director of Hotel Sales, you will build meaningful relationships with new and existing clients while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and expand the hotel's market presence. You'll connect with prospective customers through networking, prospecting, and community engagement, while responding to inquiries, coordinating bookings, preparing proposals, and negotiating rates that align with business goals. Throughout your day, you will conduct hotel tours, host site visits, collaborate with hotel leadership, analyze market trends, and develop strategic sales plans that drive results.

You will also support internal teams by sharing client needs and expectations, helping create seamless guest experiences that foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous sales experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel to customer locations
• Manual dexterity to operate office equipment
• Ability to push and pull up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, pivot, and grip items while working
• Ability to drive an automobile
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and complete multiple assignments despite interruptions
