This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Braunfels, TX and surrounding areas. The Access Control Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of access control systems and related hardware. The role involves performing regular preventive maintenance, calibrating equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The technician will collaborate with team members, complete documentation, and support project requirements in various environments.

• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues in access control systems and related equipment
• Proficiency in performing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
• Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration used in security and access control systems
• Understanding of fundamental electricity principles and the ability to work with electrical components
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to different work environments
• Relevant certifications or technical training in access control, security systems, or electrical work is preferred
