The Yard Technician maintains the cleanliness of the yard and keeps the rental equipment organized to minimize customer wait time. This position assists customers with equipment check‑in, check‑out, and basic operation knowledge.

• Prepare equipment for rent by cleaning with a power washer
• Ensure proper PPE apparel is worn while in the yard
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment
• Provide customers basic training, as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the yard
• Make small deliveries/pickups to client site and/or retailer using a pickup truck when requested

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have good organizational and communication skills
• Must be customer service orientated
• Valid State issued Driver’s License
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision – Self‑Motivated

Military service will be considered in lieu of education/certification experience as applicable.

• Environment is consistent with that of a construction, heavy equipment yard and repair shop
• Outdoor exposure to elements

• Extensive periods to include lifting up to 50lbs, bending, squatting, crouching, and reaching
• Occasional lifting to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time with frequent bending and stopping
