Maintenance Mechanic – Facility Services.

• Perform semi-skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Emphasize a variety of maintenance tasks rather than high skill in any particular trade.
• Integrate the hospital’s mission and guiding principles into daily practice.

• Two years of experience in construction, remodeling, or maintenance preferred.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and follow detailed written and oral instructions.
• Knowledgeable of safety codes and regulations.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
