Our regional agencies are recruiting! Integrated into our teams of the Ile-de-France and Nord / South East / South West agencies, you play an essential role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of catenary systems, ensuring the safety and reliability of railway infrastructures.

As a team leader, you will be responsible for coordinating all team tasks to carry out the required catenary installation or maintenance work, respecting safety rules, deadlines, and quality requirements.

• Applies safety instructions.
• Prepares the execution of the site: participates in the evaluation of the means to be implemented, the distribution of tasks within the team, the reception and control of supplies necessary for the completion of the site.
• Organizes the implementation of its area of execution and the installation of equipment and devices on the site.
• Coordinates and manages the execution of the team's work: carries out technical controls during execution, assists the teams technically in the completion of the work and participates if necessary, monitors the progress of the work carried out by the team compared to the execution plan.
• Supervises his team from a technical and organizational point of view: allocation of tools...
• Closes the site: with the teams, folds all the equipment and devices on the site (machines, fuels, remains of materials, waste, site cabins...), provides elements contributing to the administrative management of the site...
• Animates his team: ensures the working climate and the transmission of know-how.
• Participates in the evaluation of his staff.

Thanks to your experience in a similar position on catenary sites, you have in-depth knowledge of the techniques of installation, maintenance, and repair of catenary installations.

You master the standards and technical requirements related to railway and catenary work.

You demonstrate leadership, autonomy, team spirit, and rigor in your work.
