Heavy Equipment Operator I

We are looking for a stable, full‑time Heavy Equipment Operator I to work at our waste disposal site in New Braunfels, TX. The role requires operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders while maintaining a strong focus on safety and operational excellence.

• Starting salary of $20.00 per hour

Monday–Friday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Rotating Saturdays: 6:00 am – 12:30 pm

On‑site at the waste disposal site in New Braunfels, TX.

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform preventative maintenance; maintain accurate records.
• Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity for most of the workday, handle objects up to 30 lb occasionally, and be exposed to physical occupational risks such as cuts, burns, or toxic chemicals rarely. The work environment involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the workday.
