Experienced field technician responsible for independently installing, testing, troubleshooting, and leading small DAS installation crews. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Key Responsibilities- Safety First – Put safety first and production second. Always.
- Lead crews of up to two technicians as assigned.
- Perform installation of DAS, Small Cell, and Public Safety systems.
- Perform Sweep, PIM, Fiber, and RF testing per MOPs.
- Troubleshoot RF, fiber, and equipment issues.
- Interpret construction drawings and RF design packages.
- Provide daily project updates.
- Ability to lift 20–50+ pounds and work at heights, on ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Travel approximately 80–100%, including overnight assignments.
- Valid driver's license required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0–2 years of telecommunications or construction experience preferred.
- Knowledge of wireless construction safety practices.
- Ability to read construction drawings and follow installation procedures.
- OSHA 10 preferred (OSHA 30 preferred for senior roles).
Full-time
Typical Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime as required.
