Installation Technician, Field/Service Technician, Building Maintenance
Key Responsibilities
- Safety First – Put safety first and production second. Always.
- Lead crews of up to six technicians.
- Coordinate daily activities with Construction Managers and customers.
- Perform and validate Sweep, PIM, Fiber, and commissioning testing.
- Troubleshoot and optimize DAS, Small Cell, and Public Safety systems.
- Review RFDS, construction drawings, and quality documentation.
- Train and mentor field personnel.
- Ensure schedule, safety, and quality compliance.
- Travel approximately 80–100%, including overnight assignments.
- Ability to lift 20–50+ pounds and work at heights, on ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2–4 years of DAS, wireless, or telecommunications installation experience.
- Knowledge of wireless construction safety practices.
- Ability to read construction drawings and follow installation procedures.
- OSHA 10 preferred (OSHA 30 preferred for senior roles).
- Full-time.
Typical Schedule:
