• Pulling wire through conduit and making connections to electrical panels, junction boxes and other electrical components.
• Hot check troubleshoot.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, and building codes to determine electrical layouts and wiring requirements.
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.
• Carry, hold, and organize materials required for completing projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and take direction from supervisors and licensed electricians.
• Promptly report any unsafe working conditions or incidents to the appropriate person.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• Knowledge of NEC is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• 0–2 years of electrical work experience.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding) and in outdoor weather conditions.
