** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
* Inspect, test, and maintain mechanical systems in accordance with safety standards
* Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
* Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding, and fabrication techniques
* Commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures
* Flexibility to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
