Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Texas
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in school settings or working with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseloads across elementary, middle, and high school levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to students K-12
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Offer consultation and resources to educators and families to support speech-language development in the classroom
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program improvements
