A national youth sports organization is seeking a Sports Coordinator to enhance the sports experience for players and coaches. The role includes empowering volunteer coaches, supervising game day operations, and building positive relationships with players and parents. The ideal candidate will have sport-specific coaching experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a flexible schedule to accommodate practices and games, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation is between $15.00 - $17.00 per hour.
