Delivery Driver/Team Member

The role of the Delivery Driver/Team Member is to serve guests by delivering a quality customer experience with a welcoming and friendly attitude while ensuring that the food presentation, packaging and quality is top level for every Guest interaction. This role is a critical piece of our daily operation and controls the speed and friendliness of service we provide to our guests within the store and at our guest's home and/or business.

You will be a member of the Chick-fil-A family and will help uphold our high standards of presentation, service, and care. The ideal candidate must be able to execute Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in a caring way. Clear and excellent communication skills via our delivery app are paramount to help us continue to meet our guest's expectations outside of the Restaurant.

• Prepare, assemble and serve products
• Courteously greet guests, take orders, explain and suggest menu items
• Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence
• Maintain a well-groomed and clean appearance
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Deliver quality products to our guest's front door and/or workplace
• Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency
• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns as they arise on a delivery
• Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, taste of food, and attentive & courteous) at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 21 years of age upon hire date
• Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPS
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license
• Must provide a Current driving record for review upon hire date

• Prior restaurant | customer service experience and delivery experience is not required but is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
