Comal County is seeking a heavy equipment operator/road maintenance worker to perform routine and skilled tasks related to roadway maintenance and right‑of‑way care. Must have a Class A CDL with tank vehicle and air brake endorsements, plus a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of experience.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather and follow safety rules is essential. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with possible variations; boots provided; DOT drug testing applies.
