Earn $82,000 per year with additional incentives available! We are looking for CDL A Sand Truck Drivers to join our team in Pleasanton, TX. We provide home terminal locations that you get back to daily. You will also get standard routes delivering to people that will become a welcoming community that help you with whatever you need. Must live or be willing to relocate within a 75-mile radius of the terminal in Pleasanton, TX. Want to earn more? Get paid by the hour, not by mile, with paid orientation and training. Join us? • Responsible for Pick up and deliver customers equipment locally.
• Follow company rules and safety practices pertaining to the assigned truck - check oil, tires and fluids daily.
• Fill up on fuel, clean truck, and wash windows.
• Report to a manager and human resource any incidents encountered on the road.
• Monitor road conditions and watch for traffic congestion.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws.
• Inspect their trailer before and after the trip, and record any defects they find.
• Follow accident procedures if an accident occurs.
• Keep a log of their activities.
• Report serious mechanical problems to the appropriate personnel.
• Keep their truck, and associated equipment, clean and in good working order.
• Plan routes using maps or satellite tracking.
• Get goods to client on time.
• Take special precautions while driving.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

• Must have a valid CDL license, a valid DOT medical certification card and a clean DMV driving record.
• Must have a clean driving record and maintain it.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Excellent Customer Service and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to be a team player.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills.

• May be required to sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containers, climbing stairs, and climbing on and off the back end of pick-up truck.
• Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity, and cold.
