Warehouse Worker

• Receive and put away inbound product to designated locations.
• Pick and pull correct product from specified locations and deliver it to the staging area or delivery truck.
• Operate manual or powered equipment (e.g., forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, hand trucks) to transport products within the warehouse.
• Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence.
• Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas.
• Comply with established company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Up to 1 year of work‑related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment, including power‑toll (PIT) equipment such as forklifts or order pickers.

• Knowledge of forklift or order picker operation.
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems.

• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective oral communication and the ability to write brief messages and keep simple records.
• Ability to follow standard procedures with guidance from a supervisor.

Employees are expected to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods. The role may require lifting up to 75 pounds and working in cramped spaces or beneath vehicles, with occasional exposure to hazardous conditions and extreme temperatures or high noise levels. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required, and travel, including overnight stays, may be necessary.
