Join the team behind one of the most recognized names in motorsports safety. Simpson is looking for a dependable, team-oriented Shipping & Receiving Team Member to support our New Braunfels operation.

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse or shipping experience who wants steady, full-time work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Don't have direct shipping and receiving experience? We are willing to train motivated candidates who are dependable, eager to learn, and ready to be part of the team.

• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Package orders and complete required shipping paperwork.
• Communicate with Sales regarding order updates or changes.
• Unload incoming trucks and stock products and materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support the team with additional warehouse and distribution duties as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions accurately.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and occasional Saturdays when needed.

• Ability to lift and handle boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to perform repetitive order-picking and packing tasks throughout the shift.

• Full-time, first-shift schedule. Monday
  - Friday 8am-5pm, some Saturdays are required (OT Available)
