We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to senior leaders and ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and has extensive experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset to ensure the efficient execution of projects and tasks.

What

You Will Do
  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior leadership.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and proactively handle scheduling conflicts for seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other professional documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Arrange and facilitate logistics for meetings, conferences, and workshops, including preparing materials and coordinating with participants.
  • Take meeting minutes, track actionable items, and follow up as required to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and organizing projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure deliverables are met, providing support in resolving challenges when necessary.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, for executives and senior staff.
  • Accurately prepare and manage expense reports in compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a professional liaison between internal departments, external clients, and senior staff, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  • Manage inquiries and resolve issues proactively, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Basic Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably supporting executives or senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
Benefits And Compensation

This role will be based out of our New Brighton office
. The pay range is $62,000 - $92,000
, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family. Some benefits include:
