Patient Coordinator - Temporary Maternity Leave

We're looking for a detail-oriented and friendly temporary Front Office Administrator to support our team during a maternity leave. If you enjoy helping patients feel taken care of from the moment they call or walk in, this role will fit you well.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients and provide a warm, helpful experience
• Answer phones, manage inquiries, and assist with scheduling
• Review treatment plans and discuss next steps confidently with patients
• Obtain and interpret dental insurance benefit breakdowns
• Support the team with daily office flow and communication
• Maintain accuracy, reliability, and timeliness in all tasks

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a dental front office or similar patient-facing admin role - customer service is a must
• Strong scheduling and phone communication skills
• Ability to explain treatment clearly and professionally
• Comfort working with insurance benefits and verifying coverage
• A dependable team player who stays organized and proactive
