Silver Lake Dental is seeking a Part-Time Dental Hygienist who brings compassion, positive energy, and attention to detail to every patient interaction.

• Strong collaboration with our doctors, including co-treatment planning and the ability to practice at the top of your license
• A solid periodontal protocol that supports excellent preventive and therapeutic care
• Flexibility to maintain your temp schedule alongside this position

• Current Minnesota Dental Hygiene License (required)
• Reliable, professional, and patient-centered
• Strong communication skills with a team-first mindset
• A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in when needed

• Arrive at 7:30 a.m. for setup and a quick team huddle at 7:45 a.m.
• Patient care runs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Choose 2 days per week that work best for your schedule - we are open Monday - Thursday
  - NO WEEKENDS and NO EVENINGS
• Build trust with patients while providing high-quality preventive care
• Perform gentle, thorough cleanings and periodontal therapy
• Educate patients in a clear, encouraging, and supportive way
• Collaborate closely with doctors and teammates to deliver seamless care
