At Silver Lake Dental
, we're looking for a Licensed Dental Hygienist who brings compassion, energy, and attention to detail to every patient interaction.

, allowing hygienists to co-treatment plan and practice at the top of their license - A solid periodontal protocol so you can provide the best preventive and therapeutic care

- Current Minnesota Dental Hygiene License (required)
- Someone who is reliable, professional, and makes patients feel at ease
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- A positive person with a pitch-in attitude
- Arrive by 7:30 a.m. for set-up and a quick team huddle at 7:45 a.m. Patient care begins at 8:00 am and is finished at 5 pm Monday through Thursday. No evenings and no weekends!
- Building trust with patients while providing high-quality preventive care
- Performing gentle and thorough cleanings and periodontal therapy
- Educating patients on oral health in a way that's clear and encouraging
- Collaborating with doctors and teammates to co-treatment plan and deliver seamless care
