The Undergraduate Admissions Counselor plays a pivotal role in that journey, serving as a trusted guide, advocate, and connector from first inquiry through enrollment and beyond, helping students understand not only Bethel’s academic offerings, but the life-changing student experience and Christ-centered community that set us apart.

What you'll do Undergraduate Student Recruitment - 85%- Provide individualized one-to-one recruitment through relationship development and communication with students in regional territory.
- Meet individually with students and families.
- Follow up with students and families on their financial aid award letter.
- Complete administrative work and documentation of ongoing status of prospective students.
- Provide mass communication to prospective students within regional territory.
- Read and evaluate applications for admission.
- Travel within your assigned region to college fairs, schools, churches, and other events.
- Build relationships with alumni, ministry leaders, education and guidance staff, and other community leaders for the purpose of building the Bethel brand within targeted communities.
