- Operate effectively in a primarily Agile environment (early build/planning and sprint execution).
- 12+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Strong track record of driving requirements, user stories, and process documentation across enterprise initiatives.
- Experience working on large-scale projects (200+ users).
- Proven ability to act as a self‑starter/doer with minimal oversight.
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including cross‑functional teams and vendors.
- Experience with:
- SharePoint (required) admin, support, or intranet implementations preferred.
- Intranet or content management platforms (Unily strongly preferred).
- Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Experience facilitating:
- Requirements workshops.
- Process mapping / value stream mapping.
- Testing coordination (functional + UAT).
- Ability to:

- Manage requirements changes and impacts.
- Ensure alignment between requirements, design, and testing artifacts.
- Experience with Unily (API integrations a plus).
- Background supporting enterprise intranet or repository platforms.
- Prior SharePoint administration experience.
- This is a hands‑on, execution-focused role; title is less important than demonstrated capability.
- No heavy data/SQL focus required.
- Strong emphasis on communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
- Proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable stepping into in‑flight projects.
