Enriched Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Services Director to provide leadership, oversight, and support for our community-based service programs. Job OverviewThe Community Services Director is responsible for guiding daily program operations, supporting leadership teams, ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, and promoting a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment. This role works closely with staff, individuals served, families, guardians, case managers, and community partners to ensure services are delivered safely, effectively, and in alignment with each person’s goals and needs.

Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and oversight for community-based service programs and daily operations.
- Support, coach, and develop program leaders and direct support teams.
- Promote person-centered practices that support independence, choice, dignity, and quality of life.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with individual support plans, company policies, and applicable licensing requirements.
- Monitor program quality, identify areas for improvement, and help implement effective solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals served, families, guardians, case managers, staff, and community partners.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, performance support, and team communication as needed.
- Review documentation, incident reports, service plans, and other program records for accuracy and compliance.
- Support regulatory readiness, audits, corrective action plans, and ongoing compliance efforts.
- Model professional, respectful, and solution-focused communication across all levels of the organization.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in human services, disability services, residential services, community services, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of person-centered services and commitment to supporting individuals with respect and dignity.
- Knowledge of licensing, compliance, documentation, and quality assurance practices preferred.
- Ability to lead teams, provide coaching, resolve concerns, and support a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal and external partners.
- Comfortable using computers, electronic documentation systems, email, and standard office technology.
- Must meet all company and regulatory background study, training, and employment requirements.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
- Ability to travel between service locations as needed.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs occasionally.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
