This position is part of the Thick Film Manufacturing Department located in New Brighton, MN and will be onsite.

Shift: 2nd shift – 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday‑Friday. You will report to the Value Stream Supervisor or Manager.

• Perform manual tasks such as sanding and cleaning fragile ceramic substrate boards.
• Follow work instructions and perform data entry into electronic routers.
• Load parts into ovens and conveyor furnaces.

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to follow written work instructions in English.

• Medical device manufacturing environment.
• Semi-automated machine operation.

The hourly range for this role is $21 - $22/hr this range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
