About the Opportunity
Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Pay Rate: $20.16/hr
Location: New Brighton, MN
Schedule: 7th Shift, M, Tu, F, Sa (Week
1) & Su, W, Th (Week
2). 6:50PM-7AM, O/T is optional
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Requirements and Qualifications- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Repetitive motion
- Standing while running power equipment
- Firm grasping
- 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses
- Manual dexterity
- Perform assembly
- Interpret written instructions
- Visual inspection
- Operate equipment like bagger, scale, microscope or other tools
- Perform tasks while standing or sitting for an entire shift
- May be eligible for 5 paid holidays
- May accrue up to 48 hours of paid sick time per year
- 401k with company match after 1 year of employment
- Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Plan
