NBCC is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as Senior Minister and lead our congregation in spiritual growth and service.

• Will possess some ministerial experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, and
• A deep commitment to the ministry.
• Should demonstrate experience as a dedicated, passionate, energetic individual willing to be a risk taker to evangelize in our community, and to follow our purpose to grow the church for the future as we love God, love people, and share the Good News.

• Preach, teach, and evangelize the word of God as revealed in the Old and New Testament and uphold it as the Truth.
• Minister to all members and non-members of the New Brighton Christian Church according to their needs that Christ’s kingdom may grow.
• Assist NBCC in the multiple ministries of our congregation so that together we may be strengthened in our faith and love for Jesus Christ and increase our effectiveness and achieve our vision.
• Lead, inspire, and train the congregation to have an active membership in Christ’s Church.

• Worship Ministry.

• Building, Maintenance, and Grounds.
• Women’s Ministry.
• Small Groups.
• Visitation Ministry.

• Adult Sunday School.
• Sunday Morning Worship.
• Wednesday Night Bible Study.
• Thursday Morning Women’s Bible Study.
• Monthly Prayer Meetings.
• Monthly Fellowship Night.
• Semi-Annual Food Drive.
• Monthly Feed My Starving Children Packing.
• Mission Support Activities.
• Worship at the New Brighton Care Center.
