Job Overview
We have a customer in New Brighton, MN with an immediate long‑term direct hire opening for a low voltage technician who is a Power Limited Technician (PLT) in Minnesota. This role includes design, installation, inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance for low voltage electrical systems for fiber optics, fire alarms, CCTV, access control and more throughout the Twin Cities area of Minneapolis and St.
Paul, MN.
- Long‑term direct hire position
- Salary range: 70‑100K
- 3+ years working as a low‑voltage technician
- MUST hold PLT license in MN (Power Limited Technician)
- Experience with design, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of low voltage electrical systems
- Experience with data cabling, fiber optics, CCTV, security systems, fire alarms, access control systems
- Experience with AutoCAD, attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
