Shift: Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:00pm
Pay Rate: $23.00-$24.50/hourly
- Establish delivery routes that are cost‑effective and compliant with Federal DOT guidelines
- Utilize the Roadnet application to ensure delivery costs are held to company‑expected run rates
- Perform Roadnet application routing maintenance daily to ensure all locations have accurate information.
- Route start times, pre/post trips, starting/ending depot, travel modes, color for mapping, assigned driver, equipment, and DOT road checks
- Plan maintenance of equipment
- Perform a recap of the previous day’s actual routing results; make necessary changes/adjustments
- Communicate efficiently with drivers on the road
- Collaborate with management to modify routes to accommodate the customers’ needs
- Maintain an exceptional level of customer service, quality, and satisfaction
- Track deliveries and make the necessary adjustments for drivers and customers
You have:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years of distribution, logistics, transportation, or related work experience.
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated organizational and process skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including routing software applications
