Ruan Transportation is hiring full‑time drivers for our dedicated national customer based in New Brighton, MN. Drivers deliver palletized grocery products using electric pallet jacks and liftgates to distributors. Our drivers have varied work weeks and start times.

Earn an average of $101,000 per year or $1,900+ per week, with top earners making $116,000+ per year. This role offers a hybrid pay structure, including CPM, hourly on duty and drive time pay and a per diem for overnight runs. Get paid weekly.

Out 2-3 nights per week. Be home most days and enjoy consecutive days off for reset. Weekends required. Enjoy mid‑week time off! Drivers will average a workweek of 55-60 hours per week on dedicated lanes with multi‑stops per load.

Drive late‑model assigned Freightliner Sleepers that are kept up‑to‑date and inspection ready at our local company shop.

• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years

• 9 months of tractor‑trailer experience within the past three years
