Class B CDL Truck Driver

Ryder is hiring a Class B CDL Truck Driver in New Brighton, Minnesota. This role offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to develop a rewarding driving career.

• Drivers average $1,350 weekly.
• Hourly pay: $26.50 per hour.
• Hours per week: 45.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday.
• Start time: early AM.

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards, maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Load and unload freight or assist in loading/unloading of freight if required by the customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last three years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide a valid CDL and the required endorsements for the position.
• Must have Class A or Class B verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle: nine months experience within the past three years, or two years’ experience within the last five years, or five years’ experience within the last ten years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.

Some positions may require additional screening that could include employment and education verification, motor vehicle records checks, a road test, or customer‑specific badging or background requirements.
