• Conduct audits of complex accounts to ensure policy classification accuracy and premium basis development
• Interview insured parties to gather information about their operations and assess risk exposure
• Compile and analyze client operations and accounting records for audit preparation
• Communicate audit findings and financial conditions to agents and underwriting teams
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced audit staff

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent; advanced degree or professional designations preferred
• Minimum of five years of related work experience
• Experience with ISO, NCCI & Independent Bureau States such as the California WCIRB
• Solid knowledge of corporate auditing practices and the insurance industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• PAAS Certification is a plus
• Advanced degree in a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with statutory accounting principles and practices
• Experience in project management and organizational planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting systems
