Growth-Oriented Accounting Leadership OpportunityOur client, a well-established and growing organization, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its leadership team. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, lead a talented team, and partner closely with senior leadership to support continued growth and operational excellence.
Reporting directly to the Controller/CFO, the Accounting Manager will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and driving process improvements across the accounting function.

- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports
- Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting functions
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Coordinate annual audits and serve as a primary contact for external auditors
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures
- Support system enhancements and process improvement initiatives
- Mentor and develop accounting team members
- Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA designation or CPA-track preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with month-end close, audits, and account reconciliations
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with in distribution, manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, or similar industries is a plus
Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
