Responsibilities
  • Oversee end‑to‑end fund accounting for private equity and private credit vehicles, including NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, management fees, and waterfall mechanics
  • Manage and coordinate third‑party fund administrators, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and best‑in‑class execution
  • Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
  • Lead the quarterly close process and oversee fund performance reporting
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for audits and tax processes, working closely with external advisors
  • Support new fund launches, SPVs, and evolving fund structures
  • Partner with the investment team to monitor fund‑level performance, leverage, and portfolio activity
  • Enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and scalable processes to support continued growth
  • Develop management reporting, dashboards, and fund analytics for senior leadership
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, transparency, and decision making across the platform
Requirements
  • 5–9 years of experience in public accounting and/or private industry with a focus on private equity and/or private credit funds
  • Strong understanding of alternative investment structures; experience with private credit strongly preferred
  • Highly analytical with a solid foundation in fund accounting and financial reporting
  • Ability to operate calmly in a fast‑paced, complex environment
  • Comfortable balancing high‑level strategic thinking with detailed, hands‑on execution
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical insights
  • Exceptionally organized, accountable, and self‑directed
