Client Success Trainee
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Client Success Trainee to join our growing team. In this entry-level position, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to help you build the foundation for a long-term career in client support and relationship management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, is detail-oriented, and is eager to learn.
Learn how to onboard new clients and ensure a positive experience from day one. Support clients with product or service questions and help resolve concerns. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video meetings. Identify client needs and coordinate internally to deliver the right solutions. Track all client interactions and activity using company systems. Participate in ongoing training and development with the client success team.

Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems. Self-motivated and coachable with a strong attention to detail. Customer service or office experience is helpful but not required.
