Position: Customer Experience Leader, Medical Devices (Hybrid)

Cefaly Technology, a leader in migraine care, seeks a Customer Service Manager in Darien, CT. This hands‑on leader will own the customer service function end to end, balancing direct support with team leadership, SOP design, KPIs, and regulatory alignment in a highly regulated environment.

You will manage internal staff and an external call center, build scalable processes, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining brand and compliance standards.
