- Act as the primary contact for Members and answer inquiries
- Support and take ownership of member inquiries through inbound calls
- Effectively listen to members and determine best course of action
- Provide feedback to identify business changes for improved client experience
- Achieve productivity, scheduled adherence, and quality assurance expectations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Proven record of providing strong and effective customer service
- Ability to identify trends based on customer feedback
- Manage stressful situations with composed behavior
